Herb Salad with Noigra® Hemp Hearts
A refreshing salad made with lush and fresh herbs, nutty hem hearts and a simple dressing to bring it together, is a great option for a healthy and light meal.

Here’s what all you need:

Mixes herbs, roughly chopped (mint leaves, parsley, basil and coriander) |

Instructions:
- In a small pan take the oil on high flame and pan fry the garlic until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.
- Meanwhile mix all the remaining ingredients gently in a bowl.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish with fried garlic and hemp hearts and serve immediately.
Note:
- You can use any oil for frying for eg: Vegetable oil, Olive Oil, Soyabean Oil or Noigra Hemp Seed Oil.
- Remember Noigra Hemp Seed oil is not recommended for deep frying as it negates the flavour as it starts to burn at low temperature.
